We see a clear need for “teams” that come together for the purpose of serving during or in preparation for Sunday worship. Teams provide a great opportunity to connect and grow with other members while serving our Body. If you are a member at Harvest, we encourage you to get involved by serving on one of our teams. 

Below you will see the descriptions and time commitments of each team. Please take this opportunity to sign up to serve on a team.



Baby dedications are a time to celebrate parent's commitment to “raise their child in the ways of the Lord” alongside a community of believers. This team serves on a Friday afternoon and Saturday morning to prepare food, decorate tables, prepare gifts, and help with clean up. 

Commitment: One year for the quarterly dedications.


This team keeps Harvest fueled during our time of worship each and every Sunday! They brew before Sunday services as well as for any Sunday afternoon events while keeping the coffee corner stocked with supplies for all our coffee lovers. This is a job that requires some lifting.

Commitment: Twice a month (Even or Odd Sundays)


Communion Team is responsible for preparing the Lord’s Supper for all believers before service.  This team give us the opportunity to participate in this sacred act of remembrance.

The Connection Central Team at Harvest is one of the best places for you to help make a big place feel small. The main vision of Connection Central is to make people feel comfortable and meet the needs of our guests by answering questions and providing information!

Discover Harvest is for those interested in learning more about membership at Harvest Church. The class is hosted by warm and friendly volunteers who greet all guests at the doors, prepare & set-up food, and make sure all visitors are comfortable during their time learning about Harvest. 

Commitment: One year for quarterly classes.


The greeting team is responsible for making members and visitors feel welcomed as they enter into our worship services at Harvest! With big smiles & warm personalities, they greet visitors, hand out bulletins & name tags, answer questions, and usher visitors to a seat.  

Commitment: Twice a month (Even or Odd Sundays)


We always need volunteers to help in any of the Harvest Kids rooms! You will be asked to hold a baby, play with a toddler, or assist a teacher as they teach the lesson. Our desire is to love on these kids every Sunday morning, and we would love for you to jump in and help as we seek to do that.  

Commitment: At least 1 Sunday per month.



This team has the opportunity to build relationships with students and help grow this next generation in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). You can serve as a Table Group Leader during Bible Study, during 20/20, and during any special events.  

Commitment: One year


Our Kitchen Crew is our team that serves the body by preparing food for our bigger events. The Kitchen Crew consists of two teams: “Set-up” and “Tear-down”.   

Commitment: One year


The offering team collects the gifts received on Sunday mornings to give to the Harvest accounting team. 

Commitment: Twice a month (Even or Odd Sundays)



This team maintains a clean and welcoming environment at Harvest. Serve with the pre-service team on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM.

Commitment: Wednesdays at 1:00 PM



This team maintains a clean and welcoming environment at Harvest. Serve with the post-service team on Sundays after the second service. 

Commitment: One Sunday a month after church


The hope of those on the team is to use their gifts to point people to see a bigger and more clear picture of who Christ is. The worship team leads worship at the Sunday morning service and sing or play an instrument in the band. The creative arts team helps with different needs that come up throughout the year. If you are a vocalist, musician, poet, painter, writer etc we would love to meet you and see how your gifts may be able to serve our church.  

Commitment: At least 1 Sunday per month.



The main vision of the Care Team is to assist the Elders in caring for the body. Two of the areas the Care Team serve include visitor outreach & taking meals to families during illness, grief, or other needs that arise.

Commitment: One year
