My Story
I am an Air Force brat (Go Falcons!), raised by believing parents and led to Christ at a very early age by my mom. Looking back, I see fruit in my life that points to a heart transformed by Christ, but at times, I struggled to accept my salvation since I could not remember the details of my conversion. In high school and college, I felt a need to prove myself worthy of salvation, and when my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer when I was 21, I fell into a state of anger and questioning why God would allow someone who loved and trusted him to suffer. God, in his infinite grace, pursued me during this time and patiently and kindly brought me back to himself, rebuilding and deepening my faith, and reminding me that neither my works nor earthly blessings are needed to withstand the inevitable storms of life because my hope is built on Christ alone.
It was at that time that I met my husband, Kevin, and we began our life together, traveling across the country with the Air Force for 10 years before settling in Collierville with our two children in 2018.
My Hope for Harvest:
My hope is that we at Harvest would be continue to walk in the freedom of the gospel and that we would be known as servants of Christ who wholeheartedly seek His glory and the good of the communities in which we live and serve.
