Executive Assistant Lead Pastor

My Story

I grew up going to church and heard the Gospel since I was in diapers. I knew all the answers, was part of all the bible-drill teams, productions, and at the church all the time. My parents taught a young married Sunday school class and I saw and heard my dad prepare his teachings each week. At 8 years old, I knew the next step would be to accept Jesus as Lord of my life. I knew I had to walk down the maroon aisle and talk to a man at the altar. I knew I would be baptized and show the congregation my decision. I knew all of that - but I had no heart change. I went through my teens as a “Christian" with the words I said, in my instagram bio, and on Sundays. My dad planted a church in Lakeland (theRefuge Church) where I was the only youth person for years. Therefore, I was forced to be in the worship center listening to my dad’s teaching on Sunday. It was also a small congregation so there was no hiding behind friends or too many people. I now call it a privilege to have been able to sit in those services. I was exposed to expository preaching, hearing the Gospel so clearly taught, and working through scripture I had not ever heard.

At 15, I could feel the Holy Spirit tug at my heart. All of those things I knew about Christ had finally come alive in me! It meant more than words I knew in my head and it was so clear that the Holy Spirit was moving in my life. I decided that it was time to crown Jesus as Lord in my life and begin a true relationship of following Him. I am thankful for continual sanctification and to be redeemed by the blood of the Lamb!

I love being married to my husband, Isaac! He is my greatest gift aside from salvation. We married in 2022 & it has been a non-stop adventure since!

My Hope For Harvest

My hope for Harvest is that we would be a people striving to become more like Christ every day. Asking for the filling of the Holy Spirit each day to guide us and align our hearts with His!
