Mission & Vision
Harvest Students is all about reaching and discipling teenagers. We do this by developing strong relationships, teaching them through intentional Bible Study and empowering them to serve and lead in their schools and community. Our goal is to intersect the Gospel with the lives of each and every teenager that walks through the door. Our student ministry seeks to partner with parents to reach and raise this generation for Christ through very specific teaching, coaching, and guidance in God’s Word.
We work to see this mission accomplished through four main avenues:
- Harvest Student Ministry begins in Worship at 9:00. On any given Sunday morning, you can look across the Worship Center and see students and parents worshipping together. We believe this is one of the most valuable times for teenagers.
- At 10:45, all of our students are encouraged to participate in Bible Study. Junior High Students meet in Rooms 205 and 207, while High School Students meet in the Fellowship Hall. During this time, students participate in a small group discussions facilitated and led by adult leaders. Spring 2018 Bible Study is January 7 - May 20.
- "The Spot" on Wednesday Nights is all about meeting new people, building relationships and spending time with one another. We will be hanging out all around Memphis so stay tune for next week's location!
- Finally, we host Youth Group on the first Wednesday of every month. Junior High and High School students gather from all across Memphis to compete in group games, worship alongside a student band and hear engaging teaching from God's Word.
